One of the really cool things we found with Kyla as a Victoria Personal Trainer, is her ability to tailor specific workouts to people who want to focus on training at home as well as at a gym or in a group.

There are a number of different sessions you can do and the variety is endless…. BUT… sometimes it is simply nice to have someone do all the hard work for you and you can just show up, do the routine and leave, no headaches of trying to decide which body part to work on, wondering if it is going to work for you…That’s why using a Victoria Personal Trainer is so important. It takes all of the guess work and confusion out of getting back to the body you deserve. Here’s another really challenging workout Kyla did for BodyRock TV… this session is crazy.

Now I know what you are thinking… this looks too hard for a beginner.. well the workout Kyla did in this video was hard, however when working with individual clients the workouts are tailored to meet your individual strengths, so if you need to work at an easy pace to start there’s no problem or if you are advanced, Kyla can still bring out the performance in you to ensure you are continuously improving and seeing results.
