Easy Weight Loss Management with Victoria Personal Trainer Kyla Gagnon
You can achieve weight loss management several different ways and all it takes is some dedication and motivation… If dedication and motivation were easy to come by, there wouldn’t be anybody with feelings of frustration, or feelings of being overwhelmed. Everyone in the world would be their ideal weight and healthy as horses. We want you to enjoy the Holiday Season and do it guilt free but starting very soon you are going to need some motivation and dedication to start toward achieving your goals with respect to fitness and weight loss.
When you are ready to begin your training Kyla is going to be there to help you along but here are some tips you can follow to keep up the dedication and motivation factors on your own as well.
Understand this… No one can be dedicated and motivated for you, it’s up to you. Of course, everyone whose ever been to a doctor knows the consequences of having too much body fat and living a sedentary lifestyle. I am sure that your doctor never misses a chance to let you know how he feels. It’s just one of those things that until (or unless) it happens to you or someone you love, you just avoid and think that it will never happen to you.
Of course, those consequences are just waiting to strike when you least expect it and will if you don’t take control starting very soon. We both know it has been on your mind to make an honest effort of controlling your health. There are a few aspects to losing weight, such as eating healthier foods, cutting out the junk food, and getting plenty of exercise. Believe it or not, for many people the motivation to lose weight will often start with the very first work out.
I know it may sound ridiculous or perhaps you have heard it all before, but if you get past the idea that a work out is all about going to the gym and sweating your butt off (you hope) you may begin to understand what I mean. For instance, if you enjoy dancing think how much fun you’d have going to a dancing class (how about learning to line dance to country music?) What you might not realize is that dancing is a great way to lose weight!
If you like being outside, grab one of your friends and go for a bike ride, or take your dog for a walk. If you do not have a dog, borrow one from your neighbor. When you realize that work outs do not have to be boring nor do they need to consist of throwing around weights in a gym, just some form of physical activity that you can actually enjoy you’ll see that weight loss management is easy.
Having a friend to exercise with can be just what the doctor ordered or even better, A trainer who is your friend, such as Kyla, who can guide you in the right direction. A trainer to exercise with can help pass the time and make the work out go faster and it becomes even more enjoyable to do it with a friend. It can be as simple as the two of you taking one of Kyla’s classes and doing the program together. This can be very motivating
One thing you never want to do is put yourself under a lot of pressure by setting an unrealistic goal. Don’t wait until just a few weeks before that friend’s wedding, or your family vacation. If you do, you will just be setting yourself up for certain failure. It will be virtually impossible for you to meet your goal and once the event has come and gone you will probably stop working out all together. Instead just make a commitment to yourself to get lean and healthy, that’s the best weight loss management strategy of all. Be your own best friend and take care of yourself over the holidays.
Enjoy this time with family and friends, but come prepared to get to work with Kyla in the new year and make 2012 the year you make your health a priority and start feeling like you deserve to feel… Confident and Happy!
